Suffolk Clocks was incorporated to provide all owners of a Fenclock with technical support and a servicing facility.

The movements inside a Fenclock case were made by FHS (Franz Hermle and Sohne.) It is recommended that these clock movements are oiled and cleaned every 4/5 years. Failure to oil these movements will result in damage to the mechanism. We are also able to supply and fit new mechanisms, and other items such as pendulums, weight shells dials etc.

Although we are based in Suffolk we cover the whole UK Mainland. We tend to visit each area once every 6/8 weeks. Calls are always booked in advance usually 7/10 days prior to the intended date and we aim to give you an arrival time to within an hour or so.

All our customers are diarised and contacted on a 4/5 yearly cycle with a standard letter reminding them that their clock will be due a service.
