Suffolk Clocks will offer all its customers a service call in your own home. We travel throughout the UK visiting all areas on a regular basis.

We also offer our customers advice and assistance with problems like:

•  If you are moving house
•  Moving the clock to decorate
•  Re setting the time
•  Positioning the moon phase dial
•  Clock has stopped after a wind
•  Correcting the strike

Some of the problems that customers encounter can easily be fixed over the phone. We can also email or send detailed information sheets on what to do if you are moving the clock internally or moving house. These can either be used by you or can be given to the relevant removal company.
